Working Girl by ardwork
This amazing picture was just a but of lucky timing. The renovation work in the fort and palace grounds required moving the masonry and cement around the buildings. For this they used the local ladies who gracefully carried their loads.

Very well spotted and timed indeed.
I really like the relatively diminished figure of the graceful woman in her richly coloured attire framed by the larger doorway and its more subdued earthy colours.
The woman being inside the complex adds a great depth to the image and gives me the sense of being an inquisitive passerby.
Beautifully exposed and nice and sharp, this photograph makes for very interesting and enjoyable viewing.
