One of my passions in life is photography. My first SLR, an EOS 3000 was aquired in 2001 and spent a lot of film trying different techniques and filters. Since purchasing the Eos400D I have enjoyed the savings from digital development. Even though it does take a lot more time in editing pics etc than dropping off a roll of film at the photoshop.
Sunsets, night scenes, silhouettes and airline shots are my favourite subjects to shoot. I have never really tried to shoot people, instead feel more inspired to take pics of landscapes and scenery in the world around us

Weekend
I was lucky enough to get a bit of time to take some pics around the backyard on Saturday morning. Was nice to have the sun out. With the Jasmine starting to come into bloom gave me a good chance to take some pics of the flowers and some bees at the same time. I have just posted 2 shots from the session.
