Hi everyone I have received an email supposedly from Paypal telling me that my credit Card details have been deleted and to follow the link attatched.
IT IS A FRAUD!
I went directly to paypal and Not via the link as I was suspicious.
My details are intact and all correct.
In reading the security information on Paypal it states that Paypal does Not send a link for personal information.
Please repost on your journal pages and facebook pages to make people aware.
Thanks heaps
Tom

People need to send any emails like that to spam@paypal.com so they know about it.

Or those about any number of bank accounts from banks that we have no account with. None of the major institutions send these types of notices.

It is called Phising Consumer Advice: How to Avoid Phishing Scams

Thanks Mitch for the info on this….not sure if there is rise of this kind of thing, sure hope it is kept under control. :)
