    I’ve never been impressed by Damien Hirst’s work, but I like this by you. In my interpretation, the love of money has driven this man to an early grave and although he’s taken his money with him it is trapped inside his skull where it can serve no purpose.

    It’s curious…I wonder how one can “celebrate against death,” considering everything that lives and breaths is going to die one day. Seems to me that HIrst is afraid of his own mortality, yet can’t break away from the fascination of it.

    No worries your work is excellent too, to be honest I dont get chance to do as much as I would like working full time and having a two year old. I love your sculpture techniques I tend to use the female form as a basis for my work. seeing your creations is really inspirational.

    Much better than Hirst, who by using diamonds to create a most expensive work of art was just using it to get TV and newspaper space to promote himself.
    This piece has so many angles to work with i.e. “money on my mind”, also the way our society is infatuated with money yet we cant take it with us when we die, it also shows how money will outlive our very selves.
