Thanks so much for the feature, Aldona!
What a beautiful children’s card~Adorable image for The Joy of The Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.~Alot of what was supposed to be The Passover has changed to Easter. People paint Easter eggs, and hunt for them. I admit, I did as a child too. But the meaning becomes lost in so much celebration of enjoying ourselves. Going to the park, easter egg hunts, barbecues, easter baskets, easter rabbits…." Like with Christmas, the real meaning is lost. As Christians we have to see behind the smokescreen, discern, and not get all caught up in what is meant only as a distraction. Thank-you for sharing your lovely card with Mustard Seeds. Thank-you for all of the work you send.
HE is not here; for HE IS RISEN, as HE Said.Come, see the place where The Lord lay.
“And go quickly and tell His disciples that HE IS RISEN FROM THE DEAD, and indeed HE is going before you into Galilee; there you willsee HIM. Behold, I have told you.”
So they went out quickly from the tomb withfear and great joy, and ran to bring His disciplesword."
And as they went to tell His disciples, behold,Jesus met them, saying, “REJOICE!” So they cameand held Him by the feet and worshiped HIm.(Matthew 28:6-9)
I really prefer calling it Resurrection Sunday as the word Easter just reminds me of the Easter bunny. But, many do not even know what that means. Yet, true born again Christians always understand how important Resurrection has in the meaning of Jesus’ death and RESURRECTION!
