MY WORK HAS BEEN NOMINATED FOR SoJie 6!

I am very excited to have my art selected, from over 43000 works of art, to exhibit in SoJie 6. SoJie 6 takes its name from the Solo Exhibition group’s Juried Invitational Exhibition. This month is only the 6th one, ever, and 62 other artists, besides myself, are represented.
Winners of the invitational will be announced on September 1st, when a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be awarded in three categories: digital art, photography, and traditional art.
Non members, as well as members, ARE welcome to view all of the work nominated. So I hope that you will click the show banner, above, and follow the link to view my fellow exhibitors. The works are shown “gallery size” and are beautiful, seen together.
If you do not belong to the group, Solo Exhibition, you cannot participate in commenting; and joining to comment is not encouraged. But you CAN lend support by commenting in my journal, here, about the show.

Welcome to the SoJie 6 Web Ring, Ann!
Do you know that we have three auto-related photographs in the show — all older vehicles. Your black and white truly evokes nostalgia for big tires, big hoods, fancy grills, and lots of CHROME. The POV could be that of a mechanic looking up from working under the car; or that of an admirer, stooping to check their reflection in the chrome – certainly not anyone kicking tires. They wouldn’t dare.
