Taken from the roof garden of the Hotel Metro which is over looked by the Empire State Building I spent far too long over two nights attempting to capture the way it looked.

Taken at f/3.8 which was my maximum with the lens being used at 18mm at ISO 640 of 1/6 sec with a Nikon D80.
