Love your title Jane, says it all really.
Monkey babies are one of the cutest things in the world and to see the massive massive scale of the parent with the supersmall baby is a wonderous moment.
The little grabs of the baby with feet and hands. I am so pleased that the shadow didnt ‘claim the other eye. The eye without shadow has a large eyelid which is aimed down and gives more emotion to your great photo :o)
The scale of mum’s hand to the whole leg o the baby is a real eye-opener.
ApeArt replied
Thank you darling Paul. I’m glad the other eye is showing too (you know how important it is to us two!) it was a very bright sunny day and unfortunately some of the gorilla shots, the eyes are completely in shadow, which is such a shame

What a fantastic image of love and devotion. Your title expresses it wonderfully but the real emotion is in the image and you have captured it perfectly. I envy you so much Jane… I would love to experience the joy you must feel when you connect with these amazing animals. xx
