The old Countisbury church sits on top of the Countisbury hill and is almost opposite The Blue Ball Inn, a Grade II listed 13th century Inn and this is of course on Exmoor near Lynmouth, Devon.
It is very old and weathered and has a rugged beauty and charm about it. I took the shot in June 2008 and have tweaked it a little in Photoshop Elements 7 then turned it to sepia to give it an old feel and again I added the full moon. I hope you like it and thank you for viewing my work.
The church was shot at;
NIKON D60 DSLR
F-stop f/3.5
Exposure time 1/1250 sec
ISO speed 100
Focal length 18 mm on an 18 – 55 mm Nikon lens.
Exposure bias -0.7 step
Aperture Priority
And the moon which is my own photo, I shot at;
NIKON D60 DSLR
F-stop f/11
Exposure time 1/800 sec
ISO speed 1600
Focal length 300 mm on a 70 – 300 mm Tamron lens.
Manual Priority
