You may have seen a shot like this in my collection of my brother Ken with the sun going down into the sea? Well as you can see I have been messing around again in Photoshop Elements 7 and have added a full moon I hope you like it and thank you for viewing my work.
The original shot of Ken was taken on my Canon AE1 35mm camera about 20 odd years ago and then scanned onto the computer then worked on in Photoshop Elements 7
And the moon which is my own photo, I shot it at;
NIKON D60 DSLR
F-stop f/11
Exposure time 1/800 sec
ISO speed 1600
Focal length 300 mm on a 70 – 300 mm Tamron lens.
Manual Priority
HANDHELD

And this is the original photo of Ken

*It’s NOT the camera which makes a photographer good, it’s only the photographer.
The same applies when; buying a Nikon doesn’t make you a photographer, it makes you a Nikon owner.
Our creative juices flow and we capture the moment.
I hope you like the work I have captured and thank you so much for looking today.

I like it when you mess around Tony! This is super cool….I wish I knew how to do stuff like this. Nice work :)
Thank you for your kind comment Shelly and dare I say it was relatively easy to do? And I know you can do it.
It mainly is a matter of merging the two shots together one on top of the other and it can be done with most things.
Or you can have two files (photographs) open and for example the shot of Ken – copy around the area you want to use and paste it on top of the other one. I haven’t perfected it yet but it is so much fun to play around in Photoshop Elements. Just have a play.
