This shot was taken in the Highland Wildlife park, Kincraig, Kingussie Scotland.
This windswept tree stood alone in a field but it wasn’t feeling sorry for itself because it knew it wasn’t alone in the world. It could see the beauty in nature all around it, the passing birds and animals, the distant mountains and the hedges running along side of the fields and the colourful flowers and grasses reaching for the blue sky high above. So when you start feeling sorry for yourself thinking you are alone, just take a long hard look around you and see you are not alone.
