Surfing Shippies by

Another pic from the Shipsterns Bluff trip, not too sure who the surfer is though, local I think ! any help would be appreciated.
Shipsterns Bluff as it is known is just off Cape Rauol down the Tasman Peninsula way here in Tasmania.
It’s a famed surf spot when it pumps, an when it happens the pros surfers who are in Australia will usually make their way there.
Shot on professional Fujichrome 100f and a 180mm nikon lens, one of my fave lenses.

It should be a quite superb piece of kit. I’m not sure all those extra pixels are really needed in a sensor that size but you can use them in different ways I gather. It could be the best full frame DSLR for landscape work ever made, I reckon you will love it, congratulations,
    Regards
