Nikon Super Coolscan LS-8000 or 9000 ED film scanner
Does anybody have a Nikon Super Coolscan LS-8000 or 9000 (pref) ED film scanner they want to get rid of?
Preferably in Melbourne, Australia.
I’m moving back into film and need a high quality scanner for 35 and 120 film.

C’mon Grandpa, get with the times man. Next week you will probably be buying pencils or a flinstones Camera with a bird and chisel inside.

Haha! Yeah, I’m going to keep only one digital camera for when I really need it, and offload all the rest of the digital stuff. Just not interested anymore. Ever since I’ve started with film again, I’ve rekindled that burning fire for photography, which I kind of lost for a while in the world of post processing and mega pooples! :)
And the wedding done with a Leica M, 2 lenses and B&W film … OMG!! :-D
Oh yes …. twas a good wedding that one! One of your shots they have asked to be blown up to 16×20 …. they loved them!
Will have to re scan the negative for 16×20. Let me know which one tomorrow night, and I’ll send it off to ImageScience for a scan.
