Yes Del there is a wonderful feeling about climbing to the top of a mountain. Such a heady and empowering feeling…it is like touching the heavens. I am so glad you feel I have captured this amplified feeling. I am on the top of the world looking down on creation and the only explanation I can find…I think that is how the song goes. When I was just a little girl I climbed to the top of a mountain with my father and I still remember the journey up. I lost my dad when I was 8 so these are precious memories. Thank you for your beautiful words my friend.

Brigitte I am glad you feel I have a sense of colour in Goddess series. I am exploring and experimenting with different colours…just bought a new packet of watercolour pencils…I now have 36 colours. I am so thrilled my dear friend that you like my Goddess series. Means a lot to me.

Once stood at the edge of a cliff, a life-time-falling to jagged rocks below. Saw then clouds racing up the valley, and when they reached that face, fled upward, passing two-arms-lengths from my face. Looking north, a mountain of strawberry ice cream in the late-day’s light, and south, her snowy sister dappled with blueberry jam. I wonder how I could be so blessed.
