And the fear begins to speak to you,
And you with it; you want to run, but you can’t,
Because fear was at the door when you stopped
Back then, when you had been unfrightened, when you became afraid …
You want to look back, you know you can but can’t
You do not fear fear, you do not want to recognize yourself
You do not want to meet yourself in the doorway and to ask,
What am I doing here, searching for, hoping for
To find you through you, this task has fallen from you to me

o tamsoje susiduri su baimėm,
ir tos baimės pradeda kalbėti su tavimi,
o tu su jomis, norisi bėgti, bet negali,
nes baimė už durų kur sustojai tada,
