Very unusual and pretty. I think that my Grandfather used to grow these or something similar and he called them Chinese lanterns.

Great shot Antanas, it does look like a flower web. The seed pod looks like a spider abdomen and the main stems of the flower look like a spider legs, trapped inside its own web
