Oxbow Bend by

My wonderful friend, AM Ruttle, from Jackson, took me out on a sunrise shoot to Oxbow Bend in The Teton N.P., Wyoming. The colours of the Mt. Moran, turn a beautiful pink as the first rays of sun touch them. I think it is called Alpine Glow. First thing in the morning the Snake River is absolutely still, resulting in mirror perfect reflections. Fall, 2010.

Canon EOS 7D, Canon EF 17-40mmL lens, Lee ND Grad filter and ND8 filter.

About Ann Van Breemen

I am an avid photographer of just about anything, although I’m not so good at moving objects. Anything faster than a snail leaves me for dead. (haha) I do prefer natural landscapes over urban ones but, really, nothing is safe from my lens. I also enjoy turning my failed images, and there are lots, into digital art.
