Running Bison, Teton N.P., Wyoming. by

I tried panning as the buffalo ran across in front of us and ended up with this blurred image, which for some reason appealed to me. I thought it looked rather artistic, but that could be just me!! :)

Canon EOS 500D. Canon EF 100-400mmL IS lens at 400mm.

I am an avid photographer of 60+ and will shoot just about anything, although I’m not so good at moving objects. Anything faster than a snail leaves me for dead. (haha) I do prefer natural landscapes over urban ones but, really, nothing is safe from my lens. I also enjoy turning my failed images, and there are lots, into digital art.

In 2014 I started dabbling in Fractal Art using Apophysis 7x to satisfy my creative urges on the days when I can’t take photos.

Well done, Ann. This is a wonderful pan with excellent motion and focus on the beast’s head/eye.
