Well done, AMR! Tell me, did you have a preconceived idea or storyline of what you wished to publish in your book or did it come together when viewing images or during your Raja Ampat experiences? Your words are poetic…I’m giggling as my prose efforts might be more along the line of “See the whale. See the whale jump. See the whale splash.” Somewhat like the Dick and Jane books of our childhood. Okay, Raja Ampat is moving way up the Bucket List again after seeing your wonderful efforts. They should hire you to promote Indonesian diving. Hugs, WG
HI WG, funny you should ask about the storyline and how it came about, because I started out with one idea, and it morphed all by itself into something quite different; all because the “short list” of images that were ok from the trip was so “short” :-). Raja Ampat is fabulous. It’s almost like going back in time and seeing what reefs used to look like… corals galore, a bazillion species of fish, color on max saturation, and all that along with a fascinating top side! This is the most gorgeous set of images!! WOW the title is perfection as I browsed through and saw all of the places you have captured, it made me dream of going there. A friend of mine goes over in that part of the world quite often and she always asks me to join her. Maybe I will one day. I know I would love it.
