Do you know the feeling of being out on a fine morning, the dawn is approaching, and the place you had in mind is a ways away? That’s what was going on this particular morning, so I had to scout for images that were in FRONT of me as the lilac light hit approached the tops of the Tetons. Surprise! There are special spots at every turn in Grand Teton National Park! What a treat to be shooting these famous peaks and NOT be standing in snow that’s hip deep! This is one of the less photographed vistas of this famous trio. Near Moose, Wy, USA, Canon 40D, tripod, 24-105mm lens.
