Pansies, backlit by Ann Mortimer

Pansies on a windowsill with the sunlight shining through. I remember gathering these flowers in a hurry from the garden on the day we were off on holiday. I knew they wouldn’t last until we got back. I pushed them into my favourite vase, plonked them on the windowsill and took some photos.
When we got back I made this painting.
Once again, I have not made this image available as a greeting card as Medici Cards have the copyright.
