Watercolour 10×20cm Artists watercolours on Arches 140not

I love the way robins will perch on a spade handle. I leave a spade out in the garden deliberately just to see them do it. They do seem to like human company.

This image was produced as a charity Christmas greetings card this year 2010 by Medici Cards so it is not for sale as a card, but I thought I’d share it with you anyway!

I’m a watercolour artist and art tutor from Nottingham, UK. I love painting flowers particularly and sharing techniques with others as I really rate this wonderful medium. I have written two watercolour tips and techniques books which demonstrate the way I like to use watercolour.
