Sharing watercolour techniques on my new blog
I’m going to indulge in some “shameless self promotion” here, my only excuse being that I’m in it to SHARE more than anything else.
I’ve just started a new tips and techniques BLOG where I share watercolour techniques on topics that people have shown interest in or have said…How do you DO that?…or…That never works for me!
Here is the first post on …
How do I reach the homepage from my laptop?
Can anyone tell me how I access the redbubble homepage from my computer?
I seem to get straight through to MyBubble and can’t find the homepage entry to redbubble to see the images on there.
Help!…it’s such a simple thing but I can’t figure out how to do it! Thank you to anyone who can help.
Thank you oh lovely buyer!
Just to say thank you to the lovely person who bought a photographic print of my “Small Boy and Cat” image. I am really pleased…as this sort of thing does not happen too often in my life, so it was a really nice surprise! I wish people would send a bubblemail so that I could thank them personally. Hope this will do instead.

Thank you mystery buyer!
Many thanks to the lovely person who bought quite a few cards of my work today.
Wish I knew who you were, but in any case you have really made my day! Cheers and I hope you enjoy the cards.
Ann
Thank you!
A warm thank you to the lovely person who bought a card of my Hellebores the other day and the equally lovely person who bought a print of my Tree Peonies earlier today.
I don’t know who you are but you have made this artist very happy!
Best Wishes from Ann

A Step by Step demo of Blackberries for those who might be interested...
I thought I’d add the different stages of my Blackberries painting for anyone who’s interested to have a look at…only you wont know it’s there unless I tell you!
I often take photos of each stage in case I want to use that painting as a workshop project to teach and practise watercolour techniques such as designing a composition, laying washes, negative painting, etc. etc.…
Hands across the Water collaboration
I took part in the dolphin jigsaw Hands across the Water collaboration conceived and organised by Barbara Glatzeder and here is the result. Eleven artists who hardly knew each other or knew of each other working together to produce one piece following a colour and vague subject theme.
Wonderful synchronicity and amazing intuition and mutual awareness takes place. I don’t know how it works,…
Thank you mystery buyer!
I would just like to thank the lovely person who bought my flower calendar
and a print of Snowy Rosehips
You have made this particular bubbler very happy!
(I don’t know whether this is good RB etiquette to write this but I’ve fallen flat on my face several time s already so what the heck!)
Redbubble Calendars rock!
Yay! Today my Redbubble calendars arrived! Taking advantage of the 25% reduction offer, I sent for some of my own calendars!
I’m a great believer in trying to achieve the most benefit from the least amount of effort…(ok, I’m lazy!)…so thought I would solve Christmas present problems while at the same time publicising my work and having seasonal stock to sell at my works…
Whoops!
Didn’t really mean to add one of my own paintings to my favourites! Embarrassing!
