When you live surrounded in beauty it is hard not to capture it. Being a Tennessee native, I’m pleased to see such beauty daily and to capture it every chance I get.

My photography features the scenery of Upper East Tennessee, Western North Carolina, and Southwest Virginia. In my photographs, I have attempted to capture the beauty of the mountain landscapes, lakes, waterfalls, old barns & farms, and the seasonal changes of the High Country.

I have a special interest in the worn barns that punctuate the mountain landscape. As they become a relic of the past, I hope my photographs enable them to continue in a small way into the future.

As a native of Tennessee, I am grateful to live and work in the most beautiful part of the nation.
