My world so dimly darkened, bleak and tragically bare
today
I long for your breath, calming, soothing words, your
voice
stern punishment persists when you refrain from my
reach
as urgent pleas fall on unwilling ears, not sensing my
distress
while my broken, bruised, deserted heart is pining in
yearning
my softly scented body is still silently weeping, quietly
pleading
I lay down by cool whispering waters, close my weary
lids
dream of my skin smouldering, lingeringly melting into
you
hoping that you’ll secretly wake just to find me feel me
near
I need the warm, godly touch that is yours when wanting
me
waiting to determine in real certainty that you still need
us
Until then this desolate desperate distance remains my
cross
Until then this profound searing agony remains mine to
endure
Until then this unfathomable hankering remains mine to
bear

Ouch indeed Anni. You have expressed that deep aching and yearning of the heart, soul and body so beautifully. I feel your pain and sorrow, the sadness as your arms and heart are reaching out to empty spaces. Very touching, very emotive…made me feel quite sad and lonely….hope you are still smiling Anni as you have a lovely smile and heart to match :-)
Ouch, ouch, ouch…indeed. Thank you for your lovely comments, concerns, support and encouragement, Lisa.

…I can feel this too Anni and it ‘ouches’ ….you know, the more I know, the less I know
Thinking that we know another is oft’ not enough and although ‘we’ have no choice other than to trust with an open heart our hopes/expectations may not be considered, dunno
(dunno, my new fave ‘cop out’ word ::)
Your ‘one’ is out there, keep swimming (while you wait), ‘you’ will find each other …(yummy vid)
(Love Love Love to you)

Yep, Sandra…and the more I know, the more I think I’d rather know less…what a conundrum!! And “dunno” is also becoming a fast fav of mine too.
Thank you for your unwavering support and encouragement, your love and frienship…love that!!

To the longing you’ve so passionately expressed as your feeling… this comes with the hope it is only a passing thing- as it is not the easiest to maintain at all times, this thing called love. Such longing in your words… the rumblings of both heart and soul to cause one ache from lack of caress and feelings felt to be returned in full. I feel for you from the depths of heart… wishing a speedy return to normalcy and the pleasures you’ve known as yours. A touching write!
Thank you Russ for stopping by, reading and leaving me with such a beautiful comment of wisdom and understanding…I love that! So glad you understood this write so well…I am looking forward to the pleasures of normalcy…for sure!!
