I’ve been thinking about cupcakes recently and had this image in mind.

    I love the homage to Magritte in this. His work is often overlook in favour of Dali. But for me Magrittes work was more like my own dreams.
    plus who doesn’t like cake :)

    Thanks Nancy…when I was painting this I even bought a cupcake from the supermarket and examined it from different angles, because I was trying to get the correct perspective. I have to admit I didn’t eat it though (I gave it to the blids) because the neon coloured icing put me off. :) ~ Anni
