Amazing work Annette.:)
Wot a terrific shot, Annette!
that is fantastic! both the star trails and the Mungo views!
lol. That’s about 45 minutes worth of exposure. Looks very cool Annette.Sorry for my ignorance, can you say why the trails rotate in opposite directions on either side of the frame? Or is it the law of physics that is playing games with my eyes?Been a few years since I was in Mungo, must go back again soon.
hi Peter, I’m not sure why it turned out like this , its happened once before on another shot, could a combination of camera angle and wide angle lens distortion maybe. yeah its been about 3 years since I was here last and with the last lot of heavy rain they got here a few of the formations that I had hoped to photograph have collapsed. they also have built a viewing platform on the 3rd stop of the loop road and your not supposed to leave the platform, which was a shame as I had hoped to get in amongst the formations for a couple of shots.

Beautilful shot, well done Annette!
This is awesome. The colors are wonderful. Really cool shot!
I knew you’d come up with a beauty
thanks Bill, could have used your skills out here as my lantern broke on the bumpy way out and my torch battery was dead and no moon to find the camera again in the dark just blind luck.
Fabulous work, Annette. Well done and an instant fave.
thank you all very much for taking the time to look and comment, ta
