thanks Sharon, we were the only two stupid people out at this time of the morning :) I thought you are supposed to sleep in on holidays, I was up at 4.30 every morning of my holiday for sunrise. I don’t even get up that early to go to work.

Fantastic exposure… Did you use any filters when you shot this? The rocks are wonderful.. Nice work :-)

thanks Jeff, I used a nd gray grad filter for the sky and a nd8 filter so that i could get a slow enough shutter speed. Had a lot of trouble with sea spray on the filters though.

This is very nice. I love the colours in the sea and the texture of the rocks as the cliff curves through the image. I also love the way the sea seems to be gently kissing the rocks. The sky is almost secondary if you see what I mean.
