.. as she felt herself dying to the anxiety about her status in the 'world'....by annamora
.. continuing ink splashes explorations :) … work in inks and water-colour on A3 size watercolour paper … … … about those times when one is forced to realise that most of all previously held thinking paradigms no longer have any value ….. … … … …. …… ….. .. this is a new take on an old theme I have painted before … see below: … .. it was the first and only painting I’ve ever sold straight from an exhibition to an unknown buyer who came in from the street .. .. and until now I wonder …. (the sale did cover most of the bills though…) ….. …I have only a small photo from the exhibition left :) ..
:) that’s really good ..and thank you for letting me know … it took me a long time but now I’ve realised that more often than not other people can relate to experience which I thought are too personal to be shared ….. status anxiety is not a pretty thing lol

This is wonderful Annamora. I think many have experienced this and we all have a lot more in common than we ever imagine. :):)
thank you .. yes … it’s usually only at the time of sharing those seemingly “not so glorious aspects” of our lives when we get to know … we do not do that readily since it makes us feel vulnerable … :)
Tokiko …. you are not only most marvelous painter but you are also a most marvelous philosopher ..well of course that makes most marvelous artist and teacher together … my many thanks …
Ink spills across a dream Of who I am or who I seem To be inside their questioned gaze A body blue inside the haze Tomorrows promise anxious still What ideas will my thoughts spill For we are all like paint that’s splattered On canvas moments where love it mattered That colours life in all it’s hues From passion red to melancholic blues
Tim :) if only I knew how to rhyme to give you a kind of rhyming reply thanks – this makes me smile :)

Ink spills across a dream
Of who I am or who I seem
To be inside their questioned gaze
A body blue inside the haze
Tomorrows promise anxious still
What ideas will my thoughts spill
For we are all like paint that’s splattered
On canvas moments where love it mattered
That colours life in all it’s hues
From passion red to melancholic blues
