Yesterday I published the famous statue of David by Michelangelo, a true masterpiece, publicly exposed in a square in Florence and this great work is not accepted for nudity ….. INCREDIBLE !!!!!
I accept the decision of the group but are to condemn the vulgarity of many photographs published on the web but not a work of art, a statue, a painting of great artists of history !!!!

I often wonder if all this so called political correctness will eventually destroy people’s ability to see any art because a nude figure forms part of the subject matter. We are subjected to nudity and depravity of all sorts on our televisions and in cinemas and nothing seems to get done about it. Your image was great as is the sculpture itself and I suppose we have to abide by the rules. Where will it end !

Thanks to you Alex for having paid attention to my journal, all this is to defend the art,I agree that we are subjected to nudity and depravity of all sorts, how can a statue nude scandal? incredible :((

Very scary, censorship is a two edged sword and the moderators in may of these groups have no idea of swordsmanship. I hate rules because of this very thing – the rule of law replaces common sense!
Just look at it this way – it’s their loss.

when you look at some works on RB I find this staggering
