What a brilliant capture of a fern. The symmetry is almost too good to be true and the lovely subdued light injects a nice atmosphere and tone.

I love the symmetry too, Will. Thank you.
The light was just dusk and I shot it with an incredibly short DofF with flash and I really wasn’t sure if it would work out or not, but there you go. Sometimes everything comes together as you want it to.

The lighting is just beautiful Annabel. The faint highlights give just enough to add volume and shape, but at the same time they’re incredibly subtle. Beautiful.
