Original Ink Drawing by Anita Inverarity

I started a drawing of the White Stripes for my inked icons series but they didnt want to play together anymore, so here is Meg on her ownsome and there will be a Jack companion piece to follow. God how I miss this duo- one of the best live bands & I really hope they will reunite one day

In the Cold, Cold Night- White Stripes

Cool by itself!!! Exponentially cool that it’s Meg. Urgh on Jack for allowing such a split. My angst could split atoms whenever I hear Wild Orchid and the knowledge that that lightening probably will never strike twice. I shake my head sadly and walk away into the cold, cold rain. On the bright side—friggin’ GREAT work!
