wow, so much detail, so much for the eye to wander around and see…i love the Holly Hobby type bonnet and dress on the little girl…...the dandelions in the distance blowing away on the breath of the wind… what a great delight…. it reminds me so much of the illustrated stories i read as a little girl….i could look at this for hours!

amazing stuff, you have a style all of your own, love the detailed inkwork and the solid black sky , some thinlk all this inking is a task but dont you find it quite therapeutic to fill a page with the details

yes i’m with you there, the hardest part is pulling yourself away from the thing, wouldn’t it be wionderful if there were jobs that rquired the filling of surfaces with intricate doodles, i would be a workaholic rather than a workaphobic

When I was a child, my mum used to tell me a tale about a ‘Good Dragon’ she invented herself. It was my favourite one and now I transmit it to my daughter…:) This is a perfect illustration for that – thanks, Anita!

Oh, yes, she does! She adores dragons but most of all – since babyhood (!) – she loves the Moon… Her most important toys are toy moons, stars, and dragons, of course:)

Fantastic art! If I was a child, I would LOVE seeing this illustration in a book. Oh, heck, scratch the “if I was a child” part. Technically, it’s brilliant, love the many patterns, the expression on the dragon, and the story itself. Very Alice-in-wonderland-like; but with a different set of characters. Caught you in my image feed, but I’m not sure through which group. Favorited!
