WAR / LOVE ambigram

I’ve been listening to George Carlin a bit lately and he sent me on a thinking tangent about oxymorons (and morons in general!)

they say ‘All is fair in love and war’... there are no rules, no boundaries. A proverb that lets the ‘what i/us/we want is more important than how this might effect you/them’ sort of people nicely off the hook. (in their minds anyway, the rest of us know this is utter bullshit.)

Anyway, fairness is not the only casualty in love and war, people {real living breathing people with hopes and plans} are. The irony for me is that love and war — two opposing forces — occur in the same proverb and as a perfectly understandable reason for doing whatever you bloody like.

An absence of LOVE is how the WAR gets in.
