The Ross Castle in Kilarney Island was originally the ancestral home of the Donoghue clan. According to legend, Donaoghue was sucked out of the window of the grand chamber at the top of the castle and disappeared into the lake below, where he now keeps a close watch on the affairs of the castle. ~ ref. Wikipedia

There is another image of this castle farther back on my site entitled, Whispers and Footsteps. With March and St Patrick’s Day around the corner, my heart turns to Ireland. Hope you enjoy!

Also available at http://1-angela-davies.fineartamerica.com in additional sizes, mats, frames and cards.

I am a photographer who loves to paint. Or, I am a painter who loves photography? No matter, they are very compatible! :) I really enjoy working in watercolor, and love the magical qualities that it can give to a work of art! You will see photography, watercolor and acrylic paintings on my bubble. Hope you enjoy! :)
