FEATURED IN THE WORLD AS WE SEE IT, or as we missed it" 12/31/12

In the spiritual realm, the blue jay speaks of clarity and vision. In Native American symbolism (Sioux), the azure of the jay against the blue sky indicated a double vision, or double clarity. This visual/spiritual “blue on blue” concept speaks of purity of soul, truth of the heart, and clarity of thought." ~ author unknown

Winsor and Newton watercolors, Master’s Touch watercolor canvas

I am a photographer who loves to paint. Or, I am a painter who loves photography? No matter, they are very compatible! :) I really enjoy working in watercolor, and love the magical qualities that it can give to a work of art! You will see photography, watercolor and acrylic paintings on my bubble. Hope you enjoy! :)

Delightful image, Angie. Jays are so beautiful although a bit on the noisy side!

  • Yes, they are noisy, especially when they are fussing at my cat. She becomes so annoyed with their warning cries that she comes right back indooors, which is fine with all the birds at the feeder. :) I appreciate the kind comment and fave!
