I am an enthusiastic newcomer to the art of photography. After seeking to learn to take better images of my 2 young daughters, a new world opened up to me. I acquired my first D-SLR (Canon 30D) in June 2007 and in early 2008 added a nice selection of lenses to my kit.
As my daughters’ interest in being photographed waned, I sought inspiration elsewhere – and found it in abundance. I have particularly come to love coastal landscapes, abstract forms and macro anything!
As of October 2009, I am shooting with a Canon 7D.
The images I post here at RedBubble will represent my photographic journey and hopefully demonstrate evolving competence.
