what gorgeous colours, how much of the boat is actually there?

  • Hi Kat36,
Thanks for the compliment. This is an old wooden ketch that has been on the shores
of Baie St-Paul, a small town in Quebec, Canada. The boat is just about cut in half. In my photo,
we only see the front part. I am sure that it has been painted by artists, as there are so many in that part of Quebec.

I really like old boats, they have a sense of history and I always wonder when was the very last time it was used before being left to decay. I like the composition and the depth of focus.

  • Thanks !

I"m still admiring your two swans fighting ! great pic.
