The ruin of Castle Moil on the edge of Kyleakin harbour , Isle of Skye. A brief break in the weather lit up the castle for about 5 minutes before the next shower came through…..but just enough time to grab a shot if you were quick ;)

beautiful shot, where was it taken from? I love the shingles under water as lead in.
    is this near lighthouse?

  • Hi Stuart

It was taken on the slipway at the end of the harbour looking back towards the mainland. The lighthouse is on the otherside of Skye bridge and the opposite end of Kyleakin :)

Just beautiful. Superb shot as always, Angela. And without a tripod?! Brilliant composition.
