Another shot from my trip to North Wales and Anglesey in July with some good Photography friends. We were a bit late leaving the pub (!) intime for sunset and so I did not quite manage to get onto Llanddwyn Island like some of the others, but was contented with this lovely view across the sands to the mountains of the Llyn Peninsula.
This was about the only sniff of colour the sunset gave us though!

Serious bit of wide-angle here Angie and makes great use of the effect. Interesting photo this because you can crop a lot off the bottom or (even more so) the top and it is still a fine (but different) image (sort of 3 in 1)!!

Thankyou Richard :) It has been cropped a bit (sky) and yes, still room for far more if I wanted. I have done some closer in shots of this evening so thought I would do the ultra wide version here ;)

Maybe it’s the sky that makes this shot, but the vastness of the flat ground in contrast to it really works for me somehow. Really mesmerizing image.
