When I was in college working on my BA, I took a drawing class to fill in my electives and we had to duplicate our artist of choice. Well, I did not take Art Theory so I just closed my eyes, pointed, and this is what came up! I just think it has a classic feel to it and it was fun! I hate to sound ignorant, but I do not remember the artist’s name and I couldn’t enlarge it without distorting it.

As soon as I saw this the word ‘classic’ came to mind even before reading your description. For want of a better word, I think the quality lies in the ‘sketchiness’ in the way the masters drew. You’ve done a beautiful job. Let’s have more.
