as a real “Foodie” I love creating exciting food!
this one is easy to make and tasty as well as low on carbs, ideal for an evening snack or when you feel slightly peckish for something savoury:
Simply fry some chopped onion, red peppers, mushrooms and a bit of ham if you like in very little olive oil, then add a mix of egg with spanish herbs and smoked paprika on top, serve with avocado slices and cherry tomatoes, sprinkled with freshly ground pepper and/or some fresh herbs if you have.
If you don’t count carbs, you can eat a crusty garlic bread with this for a more substantial treat :) Enjoy!!!!
