Artist's Description

homemade raspberry macaroons:

beat egg white until stiff, fold in ground almonds, coconut and icing sugar or stevia to form a glossy dough, divide into spoonfuls and bake for 13 mins. at 170 °C on a macaroon mold until crisp and light.

for the filling, puree and sieve fresh or frozen raspberries, sweeten with stevia or agave syrup, fold into cream cheese or lightly beaten butter and fill 2 macaroons with this fruit jpaste…dust with icing sugar and serve…
