Moet Vintage

A forgotten complimentary bottle my husband Dave (technical director who worked on the Moet & Chandon Vintage Launch at the Sydney Overseas Passenger Terminal) will finally be drunk in celebration next week for our 2 year wedding anniversary! I retouched approx fifty 6×3mtre shots which were projected on the night over a few days then not surprisingly -went on to shoot the launch with a headcold to boot.

This time last year we were backpacking across Europe/U.K & to celebrate our first year hitched we stayed in a great mod minimilist yet decadent (stupidly expensive) hotel in Milan, Italy. Can’t beat that…but a vintage bottle of Moet is a good start.

I don’t live far from the Moet-Chandon Winery down here in the Yarra Valley and was shocked to see they still use little ol’ peasant women to crush their grapes they are so into tradition. Every year they come door knocking asking if they can borrow GrandMa.
I tell ‘em to piss off we need her here to chase off the Yuppies with her broom.
:) drink up enjoy the fruits of your labour.
