This is another one of my shots of the Commando Monument at Spean Bridge in the Scottish Highlands. Different season, different weather but still one of the most amazing places I visit.

    Hi Ranald. Funny you should say that as I sent this one into the BBC and they’re using it on their website and it’s been cropped to have the monument at the RHS – definitely looks better. Cheers.

    Another fantasic image. Makes me wish I’d been there to see the view – the light, the snow, the low cloud…. and the evocative statue in the midst of it all.

    you are very welcome, its my favorite spot ever, last time I was up there, there was snow in the distance, it sure is a powerful view
