Great work Andy. The depth in this comp is great & the shutter is as well. The inclusion of the ferns add to this great capture
Thanks Jeff. It’s just a really nice little bend in the creek. I had to vivit a few times to get this one. At the mo’ it is full of trees and debri, I went there last week. There was heavy rain around the time I took it.

Beautiful image Andrew – you’ve captured this well. I was there last week but was disappointed with my waterfall shots – I’ll have to go back.
You will Bev. Every day looks different, wet or sunny, cloudy or misty. This was my third visit and it was raining that day. It turned out better than the sunny days. Thanks.
Thanks Andrew – I actually found that my images were better without the sun – especially waterfall or forest ones as the light was more even. I’m learning!!
Most things look better on cloudy days, except a blue sky. Clouds soften the light and reduce contrast. This can be boosted later on. Always shoot faces in the shade for example.
Thanks for that Andrew – I do appreciate your advice.
