Self Portrait

This is excellent Andy! I working on an acrylic self portrait right now too and I love the way you went about it. I have been frustrated with not being able to get smoothe flesh tones but you really made the medium work for you.. Wow, love all the flesh tone colors and detail in the shirt!!

Hi Andy, This works so well on many levels, and wonder if you found it a little ‘daunting’ confronting yourself doing a self-portrait? I know when I did my first one, I felt strange! Great work as always :)

Don’t rework it – it’s great just as it is! I think it is the contrast in the skin tones that really make this painting ‘buzz’!
