Angus in a NUTRI-GRAIN box

Angus loves to be carried around in boxes, particularly NUTRI-GRAIN ones. It is something he has always done (and something I hope he continues to do). For this photo, he was more than happy to be suspended from a curtain rod while I took the photo, purring the whole time. He only got out when Oscar (another cat) attacked him.

Angus was rescued from the vet in September 2003. He and siblings had been found dumped by one of the nurses who brought them in hoping to find homes for them. Knowing that we were looking for a new cat they called us and we took him in.

Angus is so cute!! Seems all cats have their own personalities and quirks, maybe he likes the extra fiber in Nutri-Grain.

  • Thanks. He is fantastic cat, not very bright but does endless amusing things. I thought Nutri-grain was all sugar.

Angus is not only a wonderful name, but he’s so handsome! Great capture and how much fun watching him “hanging” around. Great capture! xo

  • Thanks, Terri. Angus is our supermodel cat – all beauty and no… What he lacks in intelligence, he more than makes up for in character.

I just love the little quirkiness personality types and you have captured Angus just beautifully. This makes me smile. Congratulations on the feature.

  • Thanks, Marjorie. Angus makes us smile every day.

This is so cute. He looks completely comfortable hanging around..lol. Great shot. Congratulations.

  • Thanks, Gloria. Normally we carry him around in the box and our arms tire long before he gets bored. When I hung the box on the curtain rod for the photo, he stayed for ages and only jumped out when attached by his nasty brother, Oscar.

Just hanging around-this would be a good promo for nutrigrain!

  • Thanks – except it is the opposite of how they sell the product. Maybe they could say this is what happens when you don’t eat it.

cute how serious the expression on his face is

  • Thanks. That’s his happy face. Once he starts purring it can go for ages.

Congratulations on the feature – after having many cats, I believe that the slightly stupid ones make absolutely the best and funniest pets :)

  • Thanks, Alex. Intelligent ones can be fun, too. One of our cats fully understands mirrors and you can’t sneak up behind her when she’s looking in a mirror.
