Swimming but drowning

Deep deep down
sunk deep down
swimming but drowning
floating but face down
teeming within
breathing it in
There was never an option
I’ve always taken it slower
but one angel at a time will still be enough
but my angels don’t stand over me
my angels long abandoned their posts
my angels are celebrating
they drink to my fight
they are drunk with my demise
loss can make anything happen
loss is a wildcard trigger of inspiration
or a trigger of helpless desperation
Please don’t stand over me
the pain will make its own decision
Beggars would trade a soul
you could trade it all
and less is more
less is freedom

Swimming but drowning by

Sitting in a bean bag, teetering on the edge of sleep, I started free writting. This is what was written in my notepad when I woke up.

My freewriting was never as good as this:

    “loss can make anything happen
loss is a wildcard trigger of inspiration
or a trigger of helpless desperation”

“the pain will make its own decision”

    I agree with Paul…great discriptives
