I love the immediacy of photography as a creative medium. I used a film camera and darkroom many years ago, but also in recent times I’ve explored pinhole photography, photogravure, using both the natural world and the urban environment as themes. But I mostly shoot digital these days and I like to explore urban themes which reflect my interest in modern abstract painting, see ‘weathered abstract’. OK I’m perhaps a frustrated painter? I’m also currently exploring street photography, see here at my Flickr page. The world is an endless source of inspiration! Please feel free to comment on my work, it’s appreciated.
